As backend developers, we lived the daily challenge of scaling database performance. While building products that served thousands of users, we kept hitting the same wall: as data grew and queries became more complex, our databases struggled to keep up. We watched teams compromise their product vision due to database limitations, spend countless hours optimizing queries, and build complex workarounds that were difficult to maintain.

We knew there had to be a better way. That's why we created Epsio - an incremental SQL engine that processes only what changes, eliminating the need to constantly recalculate entire datasets.
